South of Moncton Street, slightly east of the Village is the Steveston South Real Estate region which includes a new neighbourhood called London Landing. The famous London Heritage Farm is steps down the road. Much of the Steveston South area was previously commercially zoned. Housing mostly new development, Steveston South Real Estate district has been transformed into a bustling locale featuring Townhomes and Condos, many with fabulous river and pastoral views. Steveston South Detached Homes are sometimes on smaller lots than those in other areas of Richmond, however the setting makes up for it, complete with a scenic boardwalk for strolling along the water all the way into the Village. Homma Elementary, a dual track English/Early French Immersion is the area’s elementary school. McMath Secondary is the area’s district high school, also dual track.
