Broadmoor is a long-established area of Richmond with a wide range of detached homes, townhouses and apartments. Broadmoor Real Estate was developed during 1956-1969 and consist of family-oriented neighbourhoods and detached homes on large lots. Convenient transportation options and access to the Arthur Laing and Oak Street Bridges to Vancouver and Hwy 99 South, make Broadmoor a central and handy area.
